these are good quality light and strong tent pegs. I purchased these as spare pegs. I use similar with my tent for few years and very satisfied with quality. I used it for 'regular' soil in forest, meadow and campsites and it was ok. Never tried it in the mountains, on rocky ground, so cannot comment about use in such hard soil. These were delivered quickly and properly packed.
